Pinnacle RV Inspections uses HomeGauge software to provide you with a comprehensive inspection report filled with information about the vehicle and high resolution pictures that expand when clicked upon. Your digital report can be viewed on your computer, tablet, or smartphone for your convenience.

Over 50% of the vehicles we inspect are used, meaning you need a true advocate to inspect your dream RV and teach you about its condition. New units will be inspected on a PDI, or Pre-Delivery Inspection. Whether used or brand new, we invite you to accompany us and to ask as many questions as you need to once we have explained your inspection report – we’re here to help! Not only will we take more time going over our findings with you than the employees at the dealership or the current owner, our inspection will also uncover more helpful information.

About 30% of the vehicles we inspect are purchased sight unseen from out-of-state. Hire Pinnacle RV Inspections to be an independent, educated eye to give you an objective point of view about a vehicle or trailer you have never seen in person.

Towable Inspection

This is a detailed inspection, taking approximately 4-6 hours, depending on the size and features of the RV. Some of the items we inspect are Life Safety equipment, exterior siding, awnings, slide-outs, furniture, kitchen appliances, electrical outlets, water faucets, toilet and shower function, flooring condition, air conditioners, the roof condition, tires, and tire date codes.

Motorized Inspection

Due to the complexities of a motorized RV, this inspection takes us 5-7 hours. Our goal is to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.

For an additional charge, we can pull fluid samples and send them to JG Lubricants. This report allows you to know what is happening internally inside the engine, transmission, or radiator. We can also sample generator oil, generator coolant, brake fluid, hydraulic fluid, or Aqua Hot coolant.

Your RV 101

This instructional service is performed after you have taken possession of your RV. We will spend as much time as you need to go over the operation of your RV so that you can feel confident and increase the enjoyment you seek from your RV. This class requires a full hook-up and is charged at an hourly rate.

Additional Inspection Services

Fluid Analysis – Call for a quote today

Once a sample is taken, it is shipped to JG Lubricant Services in Houston for analysis. The lab has a typical 2-4 day turnaround after they receive the sample.

Sellers Report

If you are selling an RV, select one of the inspections listed above to document its positive aspects and defects to prepare for the sale of the unit. While we get up on the roof for most of our inspections, FREE drone photographs of the vehicle can often be included in this package to enhance the report you’ll be showing to potential buyers. (Please inquire about drone photography when requesting your inspection.) By giving you the opportunity to address any issues and to accurately state and show the condition of the vehicle, as a seller, you will be in a better position to stick to your asking price.
