The buyers of my RV wanted to send out someone to inspect what I was selling. I was worried as my weekdays are rather... busy but they found Pinnacle RV Inspections and they were able to come out on a Sunday. Carlyn and Becky were the right people to do this job. It was obvious they enjoy what they're doing and know their stuff. As a seller, they were able to show me little things on the RV that I never knew about and also allowed me to make a simple repair on my A/C before marking it out of commission in their inspection (pesky dirt dobbers). I appreciated that they did not hide a single thing from the buyers. Next time I am to sell a RV I'm gunna call Pinnacle RV Inspections first so I can get my listing dialed in and be ready when it comes to price negotiation. This was an overall great experience and it gives peace of mind to both the buyer and seller as nobody ever wants to feel like they got burnt on a purchase that is supposed to enhance your life.read more

My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Carlyn. She was communicative, knowledgeable, helpful,... prompt, punctual and much, much more. We had zero experience buying a 5th wheel, and Carlyn's experience and guidance helped us make the best choice for us. If you are new to the RV game, or have experience, Carlyn is the professional inspector for you. She spent nearly 5 hours going through our prospective camper - inside and out. She took tons of pictures and videos. And, her report was detailed and thorough. Again, if you're looking for someone that will give you their professional opinion, Carlyn is just that. We had selected our coach on Saturday and turned it over to Carlyn and her team. They were on the lot at 8:30 on... Tuesday. Throughout the day she texted me updates and any major findings on our 2015 Class A DP. They sampled all fluids and we paid for the minimal expedite fee. By Wednesday night I had an informed picture inside and out of the coach we were buying. I was able to easily and professionally prepare a repair list for the dealer using her notes and pictures. (Dealer didn’t quibble a bit)I can FULLY recommend PINNACLE RV Inspections. (I went through the RV Inspector school in 2018, primarily to learn how to care for my trailer). Carlyn and Becky Taylor were phenomenal inspectors. They provided us with the peace of mind we needed when my wife and... I were choosing our new home. They provided us with a 150 plus PDF inspection report with detailed pictures of the RV and its components! This easy-to-read report confirmed our decision to pull the trigger on our Grand Design Solitude 379FL. Pinnacle RV is the best decision we made before purchasing our Winnebago Minnie Winnie. This sister tandem is the best... in the business. Their professionalism and thoroughness was beyond my expectations. They took the time to go over the results of their findings. We were blown away. pre-buy camper/trailer inspectionPrompt, thorough and comprehensive evaluation of camper condition and systems and... equipment. We appreciated the suggestion to replace the tires, and the comments about duly noted wear and tear. (Indeed, the battery is impossible to access and we will probably relocate it to a more convenient place.)
